Q When delivering a professional development, feedback from your audience is important for continuous improvement. Other than a satisfaction survey, provide 2-3 other methods that can be used to collect feedback.
One method that comes to mind that can analyze how much the audience has understood a concept is to create mock scenarios and situations that the audience will have to respond to by critically applying their newly learned skills. This can be administered to either groups or to specific individuals. While this is not a direct feedback questionnaire, it provides valuable feedback to the lecturer about his delivery capabilities. This can be further supplemented by making groups or individuals interact with one another, healthily arguing their opinions. This helps in identifying the difference in understanding between the groups or individuals.
